Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address and the time of sign-up to send you the Macro Rhymes letter. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email; we then delete your address from the active list.

The newsletter is sent through beehiiv, Inc. (USA), which processes your data on our behalf. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. beehiiv may record whether an email was opened or a link clicked, so we can see which topics are useful.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the page securely and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Your rights

Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Server logs at Cloudflare are kept only as long as needed for security.
